Mold Inspections
Water intrusion is not always visible, sometimes you can have hidden areas of moisture that are not or have not reared their ugly head, this is where utilizing the infrared spectrum via an infrared camera comes into play.
Asbestos Testing
Due to asbestos never have been banned, there is a potential for it to be in any building materials, both current and past. As a result of our current regulations, we must either assume the materials contain asbestos or test the materials to deny the presence of asbestos.
Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless and an inert gas, as it is a noble gas on the periodic table; however, with that said it is a radioactive gas, meaning that it decays letting off radiation. Radon can seep into your home through cracks in the foundation, walls and joints.
